How do I get a quote or schedule a service?You can call us or fill out an online form to request a free estimate. One of our cleaning supervisors will visit your home or office to assess the scope and frequency of the cleaning required. We will then provide you with a detailed quote and schedule a service at your convenience.

Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?Yes, we are fully licensed, insured, and bonded for your protection and peace of mind. We also conduct background checks and training for all our cleaning staff to ensure quality and professionalism.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleaning results, call us back within 24 hours, and we'll return to make it right!

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?We do offer discounts and promotions from time to time. For example, you can get 10% off your first cleaning service if you sign up for a recurring service. What about my security alarm?If your home is equipped with a security system, please ensure that it is in the “OFF” position or inform us of the codes and input sequence before your scheduled cleaning. Please be sure to notify us if this code changes.

Do you work on weekends?Yes. We are available on weekends for one-time cleanings

How much should I purchase for a gift certificate?If you are not sure about the appropriate gift amount, please contact us for assistance in choosing the perfect gift. Once the gift certificate has been gifted, recipients need to contact us to schedule services.

Do I have to give you the keys to my home?Please make sure your home is accessible to us. Because your scheduled cleaning time may change each cleaning, we prefer a key to your home.

What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?You need to prevent your pets from entering the areas that we clean. For sanitary and safety reasons, our cleaning staff are not permitted to clean flea-infested homes or pick up animal excrement.

Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?Yes, we use eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for you, your family, your pets, and the environment. We also use microfiber cloths and HEPA filters to reduce dust and allergens.

Do I need to be home or present during the cleaning?No, you do not need to be home or present during the cleaning. You can provide us with a key or access code to enter your home or office. We will treat your property with respect and care and lock up when we leave.

What is the policy about tipping?Tips are appreciated by your cleaning team but not required. A recommended tip is 10-15% of your total cleaning fee. Tips can be left as cash (not in an envelope) for the cleaning team.

What are your rates and payment methods?Our rates vary depending on the size, condition, and frequency of the cleaning. Please fill out the "Request a Quote" form which will help us both to estimate the cost of the service you are looking for. Payment is due in full when booking a schedule online or on the phone. Payment accepted are: Credit Cards (Mastercard/Visa)

What if I need to cancel, or reschedule?You may cancel your recurring or one-time cleaning service 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. GreenCleanEx also reserves the right to cancel the service provided at any time. A late Cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged unless notification of a change has been made 48 hours prior to the service date. All notifications must be made by calling/texting or emailing us. Telling the cleaning team when they are in your home is not considered a notification. If it is necessary for you to change, cancel, or skip your regular cleaning day, we appreciate at least 2 business days' notice. If you do not notify us and upon arrival we cannot enter your home, we will charge you a full-price lock-out fee to cover our expenses. Full Terms and Conditions page

What if I have pets in the home?You need to prevent your pets from entering the areas that we clean. For sanitary and safety reasons, our cleaning staff are not permitted to clean flea-infested homes or pick up animal excrement. We cannot be responsible for your pets that “escape” when our cleaning staff are entering/exiting your home. If your pet will be “roaming free” during the cleaning, please let us know in advance, so the cleaning staff can be on alert when they open doors. Our cleaners are trained to close doors as soon as they enter and exit your home and will not leave doors open for long periods.

How secure are my valuables?The client is responsible for securing – cash, jewelry, and any other items of value. If you have valuables, it would be helpful if they would be put away to avoid accidents. Regrettable and although not common, from time to time, something may be broken. Our cleaning staff are instructed to call the team leader at once if ANYTHING is broken and to leave you a note advising you of the accident. In the event an item is damaged or broken, we reserve the option to repair or replace the item if it was caused by our team, You must report this incident within 24 hours of service. The client must be present at the end of the cleaning. And must inspect the home before the cleaner's departure. Any damages should be brought to our attention right away. Once the cleaning staff leave. The hired contractor is no longer liable for any damages that may occur. If a client suspects theft or actual theft has taken place, it is the client’s responsibility to report the incident to GreenCleanEx. The client will lay a charge of theft if actual theft has taken place and follow through to the point of actual prosecution. GreenCleanEx is indemnified against any claim. We do not clean inside curio cabinets. If you have other items you prefer we not clean or handle, please call us and we will arrange to avoid those items.

What if I have another problem?IF THERE’S A PROBLEM: We guarantee our work. Please contact us within 24 hours after each cleaning and we will make every effort to correct the problem. You understand that GreenCleanEx does not refund any portion of a cleaning fee.
