For buildings that have had a renovation or construction work done. Price is for 2 staff for 1.5hr.
Service Description
This service is for homes or offices that have had a renovation or construction work done. Our post construction service is the final clean before you move in and includes wall washing, wiping every surface in the home including interior or ovens, fridges, windows, cabinets, walls, and other parts of the home as required prior to you moving in. Cost CAD52.99/person/hr with a minimum of 2 cleaners for1.5 hours=$158.97 A 50% deposit ($79.49) is required to confirm booking.
Cancellation Policy
Please don’t cancel! We understand that sometimes uncontrollable events and emergencies happen. All we ask is that you respect the fact that last minute cancellations mean we will not be able to fill your spot and that results in a loss of another customer who could have booked. If you do need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment to get a full refund. If canceled less than 48 hours from your appointment, payments made will be held and applied towards your next cleaning whenever you are available. If canceled within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be a full charge. Non refundable.
